60 trial did not activate

Hello! Looking to trying this very promising app out. However once account was setup it only states my subscription is expired. Thank you.

Hi,

Our database shows your subscription as expiring on 2011-06-21. Can you try logging out of the app (press the Menu button from the main screen and then select 'Preferences').

When you log in again your subscription should activate (as long as you have an internet connection).

Let me know if you are still have problems after this!

Hi mike,

Thanks for the quick response. Sadly it is still saying that it is expired which is very unfortunate. Not sure what could be the issue.

Specs... viewsonic gtab, running gingerbread 2.3.3 over wifi with tethered gps.
